Veronica Avery is a principal designer, real estate entrepreneur, and creative force behind Avery Building Company, bringing nearly two decades of experience in residential design, construction, and development.

Raised in Los Angeles, Veronica was introduced to real estate and design at an early age through her father's work as a prominent developer. That foundation, combined with her own experience designing and transforming homes on A&E's Flip This House, shaped the way she approaches each project today — with vision, intention, and a deep understanding of how a home should live, feel, and function.

As principal designer, Veronica leads the creative direction behind each home, from exterior inspiration and architectural details to interior finishes, lighting, materials, and overall design story. Her work is rooted in creating homes that feel elevated, warm, and timeless while still being highly livable.

Known for her refined eye, hands-on approach, and ability to see a home's full potential, Veronica brings together design, construction insight, and market awareness to create spaces that feel thoughtful, cohesive, and personal. Her goal is simple: to design homes that feel beautiful, intentional, and deeply connected to the way people live.
